Pet Policy

10X Las Olas Walk welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and pet rent of $50 per month.

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
